Angstrom Thermal Evaporator
The Angstrom Engineering Thermal Evaporator has 4 targets. It has a rotating stage that can be heated from room temperature to 400oC.

The Cypher AFM is a fast-scanning, high-resolution atomic force microscope. This model includes the BlueDrive for photothermal excitation and enhanced stability.

Sputter Coater
The EMS 575X turbo sputter coater from Electron Microscope Sciences can deposit thin films of Cr, Au, Pt, and Al. The model is EMS575X, which can have two targets at a time. It requires two gas sources, argon and nitrogen. It has been replaced by the model EMS 150T S Plus. It comes with a QCM to measure the deposited thickness.
UH 4150
UH4150 measures from 240 to 2,600 nm in approximately two minutes. It is effective for samples requiring measurement in UV-VIS-NIR wavelength range, such as Solar Reflective Materials.
Plasma Etcher
The Plasma Etcher PE-25 is used to clean samples. It works with oxygen and provides 400W power.
