Returns all valid RAW files

Searches a folder for valid files

Usage

raw.getValidFiles(pfad, recursive = FALSE)

Arguments

pfad

path to the RAW folder

recursive

if TRUE, will also search sub-directories

Value

vector with filenames

Examples

raw.getValidFiles(raw.getSamplePath())
